The use of special treatment processes can be divided into two parts: a combination of biochemical and physical methods. The biochemical method is SBR, also known as Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process. SBR is an acronym for Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process, a wastewater treatment technology that operates on an intermittent aeration basis, also referred to as sequential batch activated sludge process. Its technical features include: intercepting organic matter with molecular weights greater than 100 and polyvalent ions, allowing small molecular organic matter and monovalent ions to pass through; capable of operating under harsh conditions such as high temperature, acid, and alkali, with good pollution resistance; low operating pressure, high membrane flux, and low operating costs; can be combined with other wastewater treatment processes to further reduce costs and improve treatment efficiency. In water treatment, NF membranes are mainly used for treating solvent-containing wastewater, effectively removing color, hardness, and odors from water. NF membranes have been successfully applied in wastewater treatment in industries such as sugar production, pulp and paper manufacturing, electroplating, mechanical processing, and the recovery of chemical reaction catalysts due to their unique separation properties.

The wastewater treatment process is as follows:
